任务驱动教学法在《招聘与录用》课程教学中的实践

摘    要:高职教育的特点在于培养技能型应用型高技能人才,传统的教学方法存在着专业理论与实践操作脱节的弊端,不能适应高职教育人才培养目标的要求。根据企事业单位人力资源工作的特点和要求,探讨在高职人力资源管理专业《招聘与录用》课程教学中运用任务驱动教学法,为高职院校人力资源管理专业的教学工作提供借鉴。

Application of Task-Driving Teaching Method in "Recruiting and Employ "Course of Human Resources Management in Vocational College
Abstract:The distinct characteristic of higher vocational education is for training talents with high skilled and applied ability.However,there are problems in the traditional teaching method,that is to say,theory is divorced from practice.It can not come up to the talents-training goal of higher vocational education.According to the working feature and requirement of the human resources in enterprises and institutions,this thesis discusses the task-driving as a teaching method applying in teaching of Recruiting and Employ course for Human Resources Management specialized students in Higher Vocational education.And it also provides some reference for teaching of Human Resources Management in Vocational College.
