基于模糊理论的数控机床故障诊断方法

摘    要:通过分析数控机床故障的特点,应用模糊数学理论,结合经验,提出了一种数控机床故障诊断模糊数学定量分析方法,分别从数控机床故障症状、故障源两方面进行研究,最后加权综合,找出故障原因.解决了传统数控机床故障诊断依靠经验而带来的困难,减少了盲目性,提高了可靠性,并以数控系统主电源低为例介绍了此方法的具体应用.

Abstract:By analyzing characteristic of NC machine tool,the paper applied fuzzy mathematics theories,combined the experience,got a method of quantitative analysis by fuzzy mathematics to NC machine tool trouble.failure reason was found by weighted synthesis based on studying respectively NC machine tool fault symptom and fault source.it solves the difficulty of diagnostic method of NC machine tool trouble by experience,unthinking action cut down,reliability improved,and introduces the application of this method by the example of low master electric power of numerical control system.
