| Abstract: | Along with the transition of our economy to the market economic system, and the rapid development of internationalization,the risks that modern enterprises face developed towards wider range,deeper direction.The financial risk of enterprises objectively lies in each link of enterprise's financial management.How to know and take precautions against the financial risk,has become the problem of the enterprise financial management that needed to be solved immediately.Based on this point the author has defined and analyzed the characteristic of the financial risks of enterprises at first. |
