| Abstract: | Through the research of the characters and flaws of current science and technology evaluation system in China, and on the basis of quasi - purchase system, a kind of new evaluation system, achievements - centered evaluation system in the field of public research is put forward. Its characters and signifieanees are discussed in the article, and it is a new and important tendency in the reform of science and technology evaluation system. |
