| 摘 要： | 近年来,我国中小型企业战略管理水平显著提升。但是,经济发展和社会进步对中小型企业战略管理提出了更严要求,使其面临不少问题,如战略管理的基础不牢、战略管理的意识缺失、战略管理的内容脱离实际等。有鉴于此,必须健全管理机制,夯实中小型企业战略管理基础;加快转变意识,完善中小型企业信息技术系统;创新企业家成长制度,提升企业家战略管理水平。
