| 摘 要： | 十七大报告里提出的“人文关怀”和“心理疏导”，标志着我们党对在新形势下如何进一步做好思想政治工作有了新思考和新认识，也为我们高校进一步有效开展思想政治工作指明了方向。本文着重阐述和探讨学习贯彻十七大精神，加强人文关怀和心理疏导，思考怎样建构高校人文关怀和心理疏导机制，及其对树立科学发展观、建设和谐校园、维护高校的稳定和发展有着深远的意义。

| Abstract: | The "humanities concern" and "psychological unblocking" proposed in the 17th National Congrees,symbolizes that our party had a new idea and new understanding an how to further ideology political works under new situation,as well as indicated the direction for our university to further ideology works.This paper elaborated,discussed and imple-mented the spirits of 17th National Congress,strengthen the "humanities concern" and "psychological unblocking",thinking of how to construct "humaities concer" and "psychological unblocking" system,which will have a profound sig-nificance on scientific development concept establishment,harmonious campus compus construction and stable university maintenance. |
