| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法，从多方面多角度对短跑运动员选材方法进行了细致的归纳、总结和研究，并从中看到了一些问题：在以往的短跑运动员选材方法的应用与研究中，概述性的定性分析较多，而分类较细致的定量研究的内容较少，尤其是其中的一些选材方法缺少与运动成绩相关性的研究；另外，模式选材中缺少了对心理特征、生理机能方面模式特征的研究。这些是我们在今后研究工作中应首要解决的问题。

| Abstract: | This paper adopted the method of literature review to summarize and research on the method of selecting potential sprinters from multi - aspects and multi - perspectives and got the following founding: the previous researches and practice on the methods of selecting potential sprinters did less carefully - classified quantitative analysis but rather more general qualitative analysis especially on the relevance between methods of selecting and athletic achievement; pattern selection lacks research on the patterns of psychological features and physical functions. Hie above problems are what we are faced with and need to tackle. |
