| 摘 要： | 秦的立国一般认为是秦襄公被封为诸侯时，但从秦的发展来看，秦的立国经历了一个过程。从非子到襄公，秦的实力不断增强，控制的地域不断扩大，到文公时，形成了地域性的秦国。在这个过程中，秦主要依靠军事力量确立了自己的地位，并不断完善相关的政治制度，周、秦关系则微妙而复杂，且充满了矛盾和利害冲突，远不是人们想象的那么美好。

| Abstract: | It is generally believed that State Qin was founded by Xianggong when he was conferred as a vassal. In light of the development of Qin, the founding went through a period from Feizi to Xianggong, during which Qin established its position by means of forces and developed its political system. The relationship between Qin and Zhou was subtle and complicated full of conflicts and contradictions, which was far from what it was thought to be. |
