| 摘 要： | 随着高校招生规模的不断扩大,高校贷款规模也在不断攀升,导致财务风险突现,并引发教育质量下降、乱收费等一系列现象.为了保证高校的良性发展,必须加大对高校银行贷款风险的有效防范,严格控制高校贷款规模和负债率,坚持贷款的正确使用方向,确保教育质量的有序提高.

| Abstract: | Along with the constant enlargement of college enrolment scope, the loan in college is also constantly rising, leading to the financial affairs risk, and a series of appearance such as the education quality descending and randomly collecting fees etc. To pledge a benign development in college, we must enlarge effective guard to college bank loan risk, strictly control college loan scope and obligation rate, persist in the correct direction of the using loan, and ensure the quality orderly being raised. |
