| 摘 要： | 随着互联网技术的不断发展和应用,电子商务尤其是B2C电子商务得到了巨大的发展,与此同时也产生了大量的民商事纠纷.网上仲裁是顺应时代的潮流而产生的在线解决争议的方式,网上仲裁分为约束性网上仲裁和非约束性网上仲裁.由于网上仲裁和B2C电子商务纠纷自身的特点,导运用网上仲裁解决B2C电子商务纠纷成为时代的趋势.

| Abstract: | With the continuous development of B2C e - commerce a large number of disputes were pro- duced. In this context, online -arbitration, a kind of online dispute resolution, has appeared. Online -arbitration is divided into binding online -arbitration and non -binding online -arbitration. Be- cause of its own characteristics, online - arbitration has become the trend in resolving B2C e - com- merce disputes. |
