| 摘 要： | 近年来，教学型地方高校在科研与教学关系认识上有两大误区：一是片面理解以“教学为中心”及“教学第一”的定位；二是科研是少数有科研能力和需要晋升职称的教师的个人行为。确立教学与科研统一性认识对提升教学型地方高校办学水平有重要意义。建构科研与教学互动的一体化机制需要：坚持以教学为中心，理解教学与科研的辩证关系；形成科研团队效应；因地制宜开展特色研究；完善科研教学一体化评价体系，建立协调的科研与教学激励机制。

| Abstract: | The article pointes out the misunderstanding and problems of the relationship between research and teaching in the regional university. It clarifies the significance that positive interaction of research and teaching can enhance the university level. From the correctly understanding the dialectical relationship between teaching and research; interaction of professional working office and the institute; relying on the geographical advantages, conduct the interaction of scientific research and teaching, the interaction of teachers and students; improving the evaluation of integration of research and teaching and the incentive system, the article proposes the opinions of constructing a interaction system of scientific research and teaching . |
