| Abstract: | Through questionaire investigation,this article indicates that college students' good understanding for P.E and health is not consistent with their actual conduct. Through investigation and analysis,the article inquires into the causes and ways of college students' inconsistent consciousness about P.E and health and their actual conduct which provides theoretical reference to improve P.E teaching quality and establish college students' lifelong P.E consciousness about “health first". |
