| 摘 要： | 就业是高校发展的生命线，对于民办高校来说更是如此。民办高校要提高就业率，必须充分利用自身不同于公办学校的灵活的体制，结合市场形势，准确定位，设置专业学科，培养满足市场需求的优秀人才。同时，加强对学生的就业教育。

| Abstract: | Employment is the life line for the development of colleges and universities,with regard to the civilian-run schools,it is still more so.For raising the employment rate,the civilian-run colleges and universities must make full use of their own flexible system different from that of the state-run ones,combine themselves with the market conditions,set up special subjects and train men of ability that meet the need of the market,meanwhile,strengthen the employment education to their students. |
