| 摘 要： | 目前我国农业职业教育面临着农业职校"离农"现象严重、师资力量相对较弱、教材设备陈旧、招生难、学生就业难等严峻挑战,同时有国家对"三农"的高度重视和国家教育政策的有力支持等机遇。因此,要借鉴先进国家的经验,通过加强政府政策与财政支持力度、深化农业中职教育教学改革、开展多形式办学、加强农业中职教育师资培养、多方位拓宽学生毕业出路等对策,发展农业中等职业教育。

| Abstract: | At present in our country agriculture secondary vocational education is faced with the phenomenon of being away from agriculture.Teachers strength is relatively weak,teaching equipment stale,enrollment hard,On the contrary of challeges the country is givesgreat attention to ＂3 farming ＂ and the strong support of national policy of education opportunities.Accordingly,If we want to draw lessons from the experience of the advanced countries through the strengthening of the government policy and financial support,and deepning agricultural vocational education and teaching reform we should carry out various forms of running schools,strengthen the agricultural vocational education teachers training,and broaden students＇ graduate outlet countermeasure,develop agriculture secondary occupation education. |
