| 摘 要： | 社区公共空间管理是目前值得我们探究的一个问题。笔者针对社区公共空间管理体系构成进行了一次调研,并利用因子分析对现代社区公共空间管理机制层面指标浓缩进行了一次尝试,收到了很好的效果。

| Abstract: | Management of community public space is a topic which worth us to research deeply. The writer did a investigation to the structure of the system of community public space management and did a data concentrate to the data to the modern mechanism of community public space management by Factor Analysis, so that efficiently open out the essence of the mechanism of community public space management. |
