雪茶氨基酸组成研究

摘    要:本文对丽江雪山和迪庆雪山采集的雪茶氨基酸组成进行了定量分析,通过对其氨基酸组成——含量图谱的比较,说明了同属植物氨基酸组成的相似性。从中找出了雪茶与普通茶的差异及其特有的药效作用,并指出了对该资源开发利用的价值。

Abstract:This paper the quantitative analysis of the coposition of the ami no acid in the snow Tea , which is grown in the snow mountain of Lijiang and Diqing area. Explain their similar characteristics of figure by contrasting it with a Composition - -content figure of amino acid , and have found differ from the snow Tea and the general Tea , and it characteristies effect of the medicine. Pointing out the value to exploitable characteristics of the natural resources.
