| 摘 要： | 二百多年前,美国制宪者在其宪法中注入了个人主义与自由主义思想原则、保护少数原则、分权与制衡原则和保持稳定与秩序原则。二百多年来,这些基本原则没有改变。美国人对其宪法的评价不一,对其适用性提出质疑。美国宪法在矛盾和冲突的两难境地中发展,在正式与非正式的途径中得以修改和填充。

| Abstract: | 200 years ago, the principles of individualism and freedomism, protecting the minorities, power separation, check and balance, keeping stability and order were put into the American constitution. These principles have been maintained till now. The evaluation for the American constitution is different. People query if the constitution could adapt to the evolution of the society. The American constitution has been developing with conflicts and dilemmas. It has been revised and supplemented by formal and informal channels. |
