| 摘 要： | 平衡技能学习和文化知识学习,是当前高职院校提升职业教育质量的重要内容。研究结果显示,当前高职生社会技能水平整体良好,具有较强的可塑性。高职院校需要进一步提升学生社会技能水平,助推技能本位向素养本位转变发展。

| Abstract: | The balance of skill learning and cultural knowledge acquisition plays an important part in improving the quality of vocational education at vocational colleges.Study shows there is quite a high level of social skills and flexibility among vocational college students.It is essential for vocational colleges to further improve students'social skills and promote the transformation of from basis on skills to that on quality. |
