| 摘 要： | 尊重世界文明的多样性是“和谐世界”外交理念的思想前提，坚持和平共处五项原则是“和谐世界”外交理念的政治基础；互惠互利、共同发展与繁荣是建构“和谐世界”的经济保障；协商对话、合作共赢是建构“和谐世界”的根本途径。
