| 摘 要： | 随着社会的发展和市场人才需求的多样化,人才竞争的内涵发生了实质性变化。从本质上看,人才竞争的实质是核心竞争力的竞争。所以,当前培养大学生的核心竞争力,不单是个人可持续发展之必须,更是国家与民族繁荣昌盛之基础。培养大学生核心竞争力,需要从其内容的综合性与发展的全面性、持久性等特点出发,从学校教育教学的改革、个人主观自觉性的提高和校企合作的加强等多个方面综合实施。
