| 摘 要： | 西安欧亚学院跨越式发展,最具有代表性和典型性的就是442战略发展规划的启动和实施。442战略第一步,部分重点学科达到西安地区二本院校的中上教学水平;第二步,整体达到西安地区二本院校的先进水平;第三步,进入一流本科教育行列。实现从高教自学助学、高教学历文凭考试、高等职业教育向应用型、国际化、高质量的本科层次人才教育的跨越,突破了专科教育试验阶段和本科基础实验阶段,实现了从非主流教育到一流本科教育的高水平教育的超越和提升。
