| 摘 要： | 健美操是学校体育课程的重要组成部分，受到众多大学生的喜爱。为了使健美操课在学校体育教学中不断地发展和始终保持优势项目的地位，运用问卷调查法和访谈法等方法，对河南豫东地区高校开设健关操课的现状进行了调查、分析，旨在全面了解各高校的健美操课现状，进一步明确高校健美操课的教学目的任务、规范教学内容、改进教学方法，为高校健美操课的改革提供有价值的依据。

| Abstract: | Aerobics is an important component of school physical education curricular, and be enjoyed by most students. In order to keep the advantage position and development in school physical education teaching, this paper makes investigation on present condition of college aerobics course in east Henan province through using the method of questionnaire and interview. The main purpose is to make comprehensive understanding on teaching mission, content and method of college aerobics course and provide the valuable basis for aerobics reform. |
