专业实训教师职业素质的提升——以高职高专餐饮服务与管理专业为例

摘    要:提升高职高专餐饮服务与管理实训教师的职业素质是高校师资队伍建设的一项研究内容。从加强餐饮服务与管理实训教师的培训、加强餐饮服务与管理实训教师的理论科研水平、加强餐饮服务与管理实训教师的教学管理、建立餐饮服务与管理实训教师的质量评价体系等几个方面探讨了高职高专餐饮服务与管理实训教师职业素质提升的具体做法。

Abstract:To improve the occupation qualities of training teachers on catering service and management is an important job of teaching staff construction in colleges. The paper discusses the improvement of teach- ers' qualifies from the following aspects paying more attention to the teacher training and improving train- ing teachers' theoretical research level, strengthening the teaching management of training teachers, establish- ing a quality evaluation system of practical teaching.
