| 摘 要： | 该文从高校辅导员考评工作的现状出发,通过对当前高校辅导员绩效评价内涵、原则、评价主体以及评价体系的建构等方面研究文献的分析与综述,提出应用绩效评价促进高校辅导员专业化发展的绩效考评观,并在此基础上提出构建以＂发展性＂为核心的高校辅导员绩效评价模型的研究重点。

| Abstract: | From the present situation of College Counselors’ appraisal work,based on the current college counselors’ performance evaluation,evaluation subject and connotation,principle of the establishment of the evaluation system and other aspects of the analysis and summary,this article puts forward application of performance evaluation to promote the professional development of college counselors’ performance evaluation theory,and on this basis,puts forward the construction of" development" as the core of college counselors’ performance evaluation model research. |
