| 摘 要： | 教育部直属师范院校作为具有综合性质的重点师范大学,在教师专业发展、培养优秀教师的新形势下,首先,需要实现师范教育到教师教育的转型;其次,在澄清免费师范教育目标错误认识基础上,提升办学层次,确立精英化的培养层次目标和本土化的服务对象定位;再次,从高水平综合性自身基础与教师专业发展的角度设计基于＂4＋X＂的多种教师培养模式;最后,根据优秀教师的标准设置崭新的课程。

| Abstract: | The National Normal University,which is directly under the Ministry of Education,as a comprehensive university,under the new situation of developing and training outstanding teachers,should improve its teacher education.First of all,the need for teacher education is changing teacher education into transition;Secondly,clarify the erroneous understanding of teacher education on free of charge,upgrade school level,establish the training of elite-level goals and localization of the clients location;Third,from high-level comprehensive basis of their own professional development of teachers and the design is based on the perspective of ＂4 ＋ X＂,a variety of teacher training mode;Finally,in accordance with the standards of outstanding teachers,we should set up the appropriate education courses. |
