| 摘 要： | 我国工业经济当前正面临转型升级的关键阶段,迫切需要一批高水平创新型高技能优秀拔尖人才。文章选取泰州职业技术学院机电类专业作为案例专业,将案例专业的优秀拔尖人才培养概括为三种途径,即基于专业优势,以特长生培养工作室为单位培养优秀拔尖人才;基于技能竞赛,以创新基地为依托培养优秀拔尖人才;基于项目,以导师制组建团队培养优秀拔尖人才。选择了具有代表性的案例作为分析对象,分析了不同途径下的培养目标及效果。

| Abstract: | China＇s industrial economy is facing a critical stage of the transformation and upgrading of the urgent need for a number of high-level innovative skills excellent top-notch talent.paper selected the electro-mechanics specialty of Taizhou Polytechnic College as case.The outstanding top-notch talent cultivation of professional case summed up in three ways,that is based on the professional advantages to talented students training studio and train outstanding top-notch talent;skill-based competition,innovation base to rely on to train outstanding top-notch talent;project-based tutorial system set up the team,to train outstanding top-notch talent.Representative cases are selected as the analysis objects and the different ways of training objectives and effects is analyzed. |
