| 摘 要： | 为了探讨生命愿景与大学生心理健康状况的关系,采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）与生命愿景量表对不同年级280名大学生进行了调查,并用SPSS13.0软件进行了分析。结果表明：女大学生生命愿景整体水平略低于男生,不存在显著差异,但消极生命意义的得分显著低于男生;男女大学生心理健康状况没有显著差异;各个年级在焦虑、恐怖和偏执的因子上存在着显著的差异;大学生生命愿景与心理健康状况之间没有显著的相关,但消极的生命意义与SCL-90各因子呈正相关。

A Correlational Research on Life Vision of College Students and Mental Health Status |

| Abstract: | To explore the relationship between life vision of college students and mental health status,the author investigated and analyzed 280 college students of different grades on the basis of self-rating symptom scales（SCL-90） and life vision scales,and then made statistical analysis and processing on the basis of software SPSS13.0.The results show 1） the overall level of life vision of female college students is slightly lower than male college students＇ whitout significant differenences,but the score of female negative meaning of life is significantly below male＇s 2） there are no significant differences in mental health status between male and female.In every grade,there are significant differences in anxiety,terror and paranoid;3） there are no significant correlations between life vision of college students and mental health status,but there are positive correlations between negative meaning of life and every factor of SCL-90.This research failes to meet the expected result,but life vision,as a new source of stess coping,provides experience to further research. |
