| 摘 要： | 金庸小说里天文地理、琴棋书画、诗词歌赋、医卜星象、阴阳八卦等无所不包,饮食文化自然亦在其列,其中,酒文化是一个重点。金庸通过对饮食现象的细腻描绘,刻画出人物的性格,亦推动了情节的发展。同时从江湖饮食的简陋性与随机性中可见金庸武侠小说中江湖饮食的特殊性。
