| 摘 要： | 公司法人治理结构是现代企业制度中最重要的构架和机制，有其客观的标准和要求。在对中外公司治理结构进行比较研究的基础上，分析我国公司法人治理结构当前存在的主要问题，并从我国实际出发提出了建立科学有效的公司法人治理结构的途径和措施。
