氧化铁纳米球、纳米棒和纳米带的可控合成

摘    要:通过Fe与C4H4O6Na2溶液在140---220℃水热反应12h,可控合成了α-Fe2O3纳米材料.通过控制C4H4O6Na2的加入量可控合成了纳米球、纳米棒和纳米带等纳米结构单元.采用x射线衍射仪和扫描电镜对产物进行表征.结果表明,在140--220℃反应得到的产物纯净,没有任何杂质峰,均为菱方相结构.

Abstract:α-Fe2O3 nanomaterials were controlled synthesis by Fe and C4H4O6Na2 solution at 140—220 ℃ hydrothermal reaction of 12h.Nanospheres,nanorods and nanobelts were synthesis by controlling the amount of C4H4O6Na2.The product was characterized via X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy.The results show that the product obtained at 140—220 ℃ were pure rhombohedral structure.
