降低细泥锡精矿二氧化硅含量的试验研究

摘    要:针对细泥锡精矿二氧化硅含量高的问题,为了降低二氧化硅含量高对锡冶炼处理过程的影响,进行了锡精矿脱出二氧化硅的正反浮选对比试验研究。反浮选试验获得指标:锡精矿产率52.64%,锡品位41.41%,回收率86.15%,锡精矿含二氧化硅4.13%。正浮选试验指标:锡精矿产率54.26%,锡品位36.82%,回收率78.93%,锡精矿含二氧化硅12.37%。

Reduce the silica content of fine mud, tin concentrate experimental studies
Abstract:on the basis of fine mud tin concentrate with high contents of silicon dioxide problems,in order to reduce the high content of SiO2 on tin smelting process effects,were tin concentrate from the positive and negative contrast experimental study of flotation of silica.Reverse flotation test indicators: tin tin concentrate yield of 52.64%,grade 41.41%,the recovery rate is 86.15%,tin concentrate containing SiO 4.13%.Positive flotation test indicators: tin tin concentrate yield of 54.26%,grade 36.82%,the recovery rate is 78.93%,tin concentrate containing SiO 12.37%.
