| 摘 要： | 高校毕业生就业难已构成一个突出的社会问题。图书馆作为高校的一部分应积极参与就业教育之中。做好这项工作,有利于学校的可持续发展,有利于社会的安定。就业教育的重点内容是帮助毕业生树立就业的信心。参与就业教育,应转变图书馆的服务观念,搭建宣传教育平台,加强与毕业生的联系,发挥群体优势,建立"馆际"联系,提供就业信息等。
