| 摘 要： | 英语中定语从句屡见不鲜,因此,有必要对其汉译方法加以系统地研究。研究结果表明,通过合译法可将定语从句译成汉语的“的”字结构,或与主句合译成一个汉语句子,从而使译文符合汉语的某些特殊句式;也可通过分译法将定语从句译成并列分句或译成一个独立的句子;还可将定语从句译成汉语偏正复句中的各种分句。

| Abstract: | In English readings, attributive clauses can be seen here and there. So it seems necessary to study in detail the various methods of translating attributive clauses into Chinese. There are methods of combining - translating the attributive clause into a Chinese "de" structure, combining - translating the whole sentence into a single sentence by using some special Chinese structures, separating - translating the whole sentence into a compound sentence, separating - translating the clause into a separate sentence, and complexing - translating the attributive clauses into various adverbial clauses. |
