| 摘 要： | 高校教学管理改革是“本科教学工程”“专业综合改革试点”建设中的重要环节之一．文章探讨了目前高校教学管理中存在的问题，并结合专业综合改革的目标，从更新教学管理理念，教学管理队伍建设，目标管理和过程管理相结合的教学管理模式等方面提出了解决高校教学管理问题的对策。

| Abstract: | Teaching administration reform is an important part of both undergraduate teaching and ＂the professional comprehensive reform pilot＂. This paper discusses the problems of teaching management,and based on the goal of comprehensive reform,updated teaching management philosophy,faculty building,as well as goal and process management,a comprehensive teaching management model is proposed to deal with those problems in teaching administration. |
