| 摘 要： | 现代城市建设中的一个通病就是千篇一律、互相雷同、缺少个性。究其原因,主要在于缺失城市精神。天水是伏羲文化的发祥地,也是一座发展中的现代城市。伏羲文化对天水城市建设具有重要的物质及精神价值,其精神实质可概括为“创新、团结、踏实、变通”四个词。充分利用伏羲文化这一先天优势,借助文化生产力,对培育天水城市精神,提升天水城市品位,把天水建设成为炎黄子孙熟知的、富有生机和活力的中国名城是很有帮助的。

| Abstract: | A common fault in the urban construction is duplication in style and lack in distinction, which is birthplace of Fuxi culture, and a developing modern city too. Fuxi culture has very important material and spiritual value to Tianshui urban construction, and its spiritual essence can be summarized as " innovation, unity, dependability, and flexibility ". It is helpful to make full use of Fuxi culture to foster urban spirit, to promote urban taste and turn Tianshui into a well-known city full of vigor. |
