| 摘 要： | 第二次世界大战爆发的一个突出特点是它离第一次世界大战的结束只有20年,它的爆发与一战结局必然有着深刻联系,而一战的结局则直接体现为凡尔赛-华盛顿体系,因此,谈二战起源就不能不从凡尔赛-华盛顿体系说起。凡尔赛-华盛顿体系的内在矛盾是新的大战爆发之根本原因。

| Abstract: | A prominent feature of World War II is that it broke out only 20 years after the end of World War I.There is an inevitable link between the outbreak of World War II and the outcome of World War I.The Versailles-Washington System is the outcome of World War I.Therefore,to study the causes of World War II,we must study the Versailles-Washington System first.The writer of this article maintains that root causes for World War II lie in the inherent contradictions of the Versailles-Washington System. |
