| Abstract: | Through a thorough analysis of typical films produced this year,the author forges the following opinions:highly rated films made at the beginning of the new century reflect life from the aspect of the slpendour of humanity by probing deeply into the times,the nation and the society;acquire the beauty of arts by creating a cinematographic style of Chinese cultural characteristics and adopting diversified narrative structures.All these efforts made by filmmakers help to display in various ways the national characteristics and style peculiar to Chinese cinema . They try to find footholds in homeland and at the same time have the whole world in view. By doing this,they can gain extensively whatever valuable to them,thus initiate a new road of nationalization of Chinese cinema. |
