| 摘 要： | 随着科学技术的进步和生产力的发展，人们的工作时间在缩短，闲暇时间在增多，闲暇教育正日益引起人们的关注。从闲暇教育对大学生成长的意义作了初步的价值探讨，并从理论与实践的角度提出了高校实施闲暇教育的方法与思路。

| Abstract: | With the development of science and technology and productivity, people＇s working time is shortened while they enjoy more leisure time. However, the quality of that leisure time might be low. Therefore it is necessary to deliver education on how to spend the leisure time to the students. This paper sets out to make preliminary meaningful discussion on how education on the spending of leisure time affects college students＇ growth. |
