热管传热及散热分析

摘    要:热管是一种依靠自身内部液体工质的相变来实现传热的超导热体传热元件,具有传热系数高、温度分布均匀、热响应迅速、结构紧凑、工作可靠及节约能源等优点。近年来研制钢制热管散热器成为我国散热器开发的一个热点。详细论述了高效传热元件热管的传热原理、基本特性、传热性能分析及热管的结构与散热设计,最后简单介绍了热管用于电机领域的散热方法。

Abstract:Heat pipe is a heat-transfer element of super conduction,which depends on state transformation of own liquid substance.It has advantages of high coefficient of heat transmission,uniform temperature distribution,prompt thermal response,compact construction and credible performance.The steel radiator incorporating a heat pipe has become of general interest in recent years in China.This paper is intended to introduce the heat transfer theory,basal character,the analyses of heat transfer process and how to design heat pipe for diffuse heat respectively.the application of heat pipe electric engine field is also introduced.
