| 摘 要： | 休闲是人类与生俱来的权利,通过运动享受快乐和实现自我的发展,是大众在运动休闲活动中能够得到的积极人生体验。健全和发展运动休闲实践操作网络,能够更好地实现和发挥体育的休闲娱乐价值,进而推动全民健身计划的实施。通过普及休闲娱乐教育并对运动休闲资源进行合理的开发和利用能够有效地保证大众运动休闲活动的健康发展。

| Abstract: | Leisure is one of human rights.Enjoying recreation and realizing personal development are positive experience that people could acquire from participating in leisure sports.In practice,the improvement of sports leisure’s operating network could achieve the recreational value of sport,and furthermore promote the implementation of national fitness program.Popularizing the leisure and recreation education and reasonably administrating in the resources of sports leisure are means to insure the healthy development of sports leisure. |
