冷水花挥发油化学成分的GC—MS分析

摘    要:利用毛细管柱气相色谱-质谱联用(GC—MS)技术研究了冷水花挥发性化学成分,用色谱峰面积归一化法计算各成分的相对百分含量。分离出56个峰,鉴定了其中的30种成分,占挥发油的90.14%,其中主要成分为烯类化舍物(9个)占挥发油总含量的48.29%、脂肪酸类化合物(7个)占挥发油总含量的13.10%、醇类化合物(5个)占挥发油总合量的9.51%,其中多种成分具有药理活性。通过对冷水花挥发性化学成分的分析,为其合理开发提供了科学依据。

Abstract:The essential oil from the root of Pilea aquarum Dunn is analyzed by GC - MS. and the relative content of each component is determined by area normalization. 56 peaks are separated and 30 compounds are identitied, which holds 90.14% of the total contents. Among them are 9 vinyl compounds 48.29%, 7 fatty acid compounds 23. 10% 5 alcohol compounds 9.52% , and many of which have pharmacological activities. By analyzing the essential oil of Pilea aquarum Dunn, the scientific foundations for the development of tile plant as a kind of medicine are provided.
