| 摘 要： | 通过分析地级泰州市建市七年来，在经济结构方面的欠缺，以及财政在支持经济结构调整中存在的主要问题，提出如何发挥财政政策在经济结构战略性调整中的作用。通过结构调整推动经济发展，提高经济的整体素质和竞争能力，增强财政发展后劲，实现可持续发展。

| Abstract: | According to analyse the deficient of the economic structure , and the main problem that finance supports the economic restructuring for seven years in Taizhou , propose how to full play the function of the financial policy in the economic restructuring . At the same time , by the structural adjustment, push the economic development , promote the whole quality and competitive power , and strength the financial delayed effect of development .at last , realize sustainable development . |
