| 摘 要： | 人的社会化是个体取得特定社会成员资格的唯一途径，当代大学生社会化的成功与否，直接关系到其跨入社会后的成败。但是，当代大学生在知识、心理、技能等方面的社会化程度存在许多令人担忧的现象，探索这些现象及其产生的原因和对策，已成为教育工作的重要课题。
