| 摘 要： | 积极心理学是20世纪末在美国兴起的一股重要心理学力量，主张心理学应该对人类自身的积极品质进行研究。为进一步做好大学生心理健康教育工作，有必要将积极心理学理念引入大学生心理健康教育中。探索积极心理学在大学生心理健康教育中的实践应用，以此来增进大学生的积极心理品质，提高其心理素质。

| Abstract: | Positive psychology arose in the United States at the end of 20th century, which advocates the psy-chology should study the positive qualities of human beings. In order to do well in the psychological health education work for college students, it is necessary to introduce the positive psychological idea into their psy-chological health education. They study the practical application of the positive psychology to the psychologi- cal health education for college students so as to improve the mental quality and psychological quality of col-lege students. |
