| Abstract: | The current situation and insufficient of legislation of China＇s aging population guardianship system are analyzed. The legislation of aging population guardianship system abroad is introduced. Some suggestions on improving this system of China are presented： improving the social pension service system and the aging adult guardianship legislation. |
