| 摘 要： | 从移动互联网所处的信息生态环境入手,在对国内外企业隐性知识共享影响因素的相关文献进行归纳分析的基础上,运用问卷调查和实证研究的方法,采用结构方程模型,收集企业相关数据,以验证构建的概念模型.本文的研究,在理论层面为隐性知识共享影响因素的分析提供新的概念模型,从而深化信息生态理论在实践中的应用;在应用层面为企业关键技术领域的隐性知识共享提供相关的管理理念和保障机制建设等方面的指导,从而可以针对性地在关键技术领域制定相应的措施,促进我国企业和产业的核心技术发展.

| Abstract: | Tacit knowledge whose sharing can promote the formation of the core competitiveness of enterprises is an important strategic resource of enterprises in the sustainable development. Using questionnaire and empirical research and combining the relevant data of new energy automotive industry, this paper verified the associated assumptions with structural equation model from the perspective of information ecological environment based on the inductive analysis of papers themed in tacit knowledge sharing factors domestic and foreign. At the theoretical level, this paper developed the application of information ecology theory in practice with the conceptual model of tacit knowledge sharing factors. At the application level, this paper provided enterprises with guidance of management philosophy and safeguard mechanism in the tacit knowledge sharing of key technology areas. So enterprises can develop appropriate measures in the key technology areas pertinently to promote the development of core technology. |
