| 摘 要： | 为了探讨探索式搜索行为的特点，设计用户实验，依据搜索能力和学历对受试者分组，设定1个提问-应答式搜索任务和2个不同复杂度的探索式搜索任务。利用屏幕录像和浏览器日志，主要从搜索动作、网页浏览、检索式等角度，挖掘不同搜索能力的受试者在不同复杂程度搜索任务中的搜索行为特点。结果表明，在探索式搜索过程中，受试者围绕中心主题搜索，同时探索其相关方面；随着搜索任务复杂度的增加，受试者搜索行为更加深入和开放；受试者搜索能力越强，其搜索效率越高、探索范围更广、程度更深。

| Abstract: | To study exploratory search behaviors, this paper designs one question-answer search task and two exploratory search tasks of different complexity, and divides the participants into two groups according to their search capacity and educational background. Based on screen recorder and browser log, it compares the characteristics of exploratory search behaviors that the two groups show in three search tasks from several different aspects, including search action, web browsing, search terms, etc.. The results indicate that: participants focus on the central theme and search relevant aspects in the meantime; with the more complex search tasks, the deeper and more open search behaviors; participants with better search ability, search more efficiently with bigger depth and width. |
