| 摘 要： | 在充分调研河北省民营中小企业特点的基础上,分析了河北省民营中小企业现存的问题：融资难、现有资金管理及使用存在重大隐患,自主创新能力不强,专业人才短缺,发展遇到信息瓶颈等.要解决这些问题,政府应加大产业结构调整力度,大力培育高新技术产业,并建立良好的中小企业服务体系,加强财会管理和社会保障建设.

| Abstract: | On the basis of a survey of the status quo of the small and medium private enterprises in Hebei province,the writer analyzes the existing problems they face:financing difficulty,risky fund management,incapable creativity,and expertise shortage.So it is argued that government should strengthen the industrial restructuring,cultivate high-tech industry,and establish a good service system for SMEs. |
