| 摘 要： | 文章通过查阅相关的文献资料,观看北京奥运会、女排联赛、亚洲杯及全国排球比赛的相关视频录像,对优秀排球运动员的焦虑心理进行研究,分析运动员在比赛过程中产生焦虑的原因及特点,指出运动员克服竞赛焦虑心理的方法对策,提出一些相关的建议,以使运动员保持良好的心理状态,发挥最好的竞技水平。

| Abstract: | The paper studies on the excellent volleyball players’ anxiety by the literature and the observation of the Beijing Olympic Games,Women’s Volleyball League,Asian Cup and the relevant national volleyball games videos,analyses the causes and the characteristics of athletes’ anxiety in Games,shows the methods by which the athletes overcome the race anxiety and puts forward a number of relevant proposals to keep the athletes a good state of mind and make the competitive levels best. |
