| 摘 要： | 区域创新能力是对区域创新不稳定性加以过滤的介质。多主体知识共享是区域创新能力建设的关键。知识源及知识主体的多元性、隐性创新知识的大量存在、信任程度差异、信息不对称等造成区域知识不对称。在过去区域创新活动中、地方技术标准建设中、区域软技术获取中及区域创新与金融资本拟合配置中的知识共享是区域创新能力建设的主要路径。

| Abstract: | Regional innovation capability is the media to filter the instability of regional innovation. Knowledge sharing is the foundation for building regional innovation capability. Those such as the diversity of knowledge sources and agents, implicit knowledge, differences in trust and information asymmetry cause regional knowledge asymmetry. Regional knowledge-sharing in innovation activities, the construction of local technical standards, regional soft technology, and the allocation of regional innovation and financial capital are the paths to cultivate the regional innovation capability. |
